Job Description
Imperative Care is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to design, develop, and launch innovative endovascular and neurovascular products. The role involves conceptualization, design, verification/validation, and manufacturing assessments. The position is on-site in the Campbell, CA office and requires a full-time commitment. The company focuses on patient needs and strives for high-quality care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in medical device or related regulated industry
- Experience of full R&D product life cycle and regulatory marketing approval
- MS in Engineering
- Statistical analysis (Minitab or similar) & CAD (Solidworks, ProE, etc.)
- Knowledge of product testing and data collection
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Experience with GMPs, ISO 13485/9001, and MDD compliance
- Excellent communication skills
