Job Description
Imprivata is seeking a RFx/Proposal Technical Writer to track, coordinate production, and ensure the quality completion of RFx responses. This hybrid role is central to their growing healthcare team, focusing on IT security and subject matter expertise, and requiring strong writing and communication skills. The role involves updating content management tools, collaborating with SMEs, and contributing to team success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or an applicable discipline related to Imprivata’s core business.
- At least 5 years of proposal work experience.
- Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail.
- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, as well as Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and SalesForce.
- Experience with proposal automation and content management tools (e.g., Loopio).
- Excellent communication and social skills.
