Senior GenAI Architect - Internal Projects & Efficiency (m/w/d)

in-tech is a digital solutions provider seeking a Senior GenAI Architect to develop tailored architectures for internal processes and support the company's digital transformation. The role involves developing scalable end-to-end solutions, technical implementation of proof-of-concepts, and advisory services for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed study in (business) informatics or comparable background
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Solutions or Enterprise Architect in the Cloud-/Data- environment
• Advanced user knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and their productive use
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP (including architecture design and platform operation)
• Safe handling of tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
• Very good knowledge of Python (especially in the AI/ML context)
• DevOps & MLOps: e.g. CI/CD for ML, LLMOps, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ML-frameworks: e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, LangChain
• Methodological competence: Agile working methods, architecture frameworks
• At least C1 language level: German & English
• Willingness to undertake project-related travel
• Strong communication and presentation skills on all company levels and with external partners
