Job Description
In The Pocket is seeking a Marketing Manager to transform their marketing engine and drive business growth. This role is end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy and execution, involving growth marketing, lead generation, team leadership, brand management, and data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a complex environment and have a strong balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions
- Proven track record of strategic marketing leadership and hands-on execution
- Strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and data-driven campaigning
- Data-savvy: able to build strategies based on metrics and analytics
- International experience is a plus
