Director of Operations position for a well-established and growing manufacturing company, responsible for overseeing the overall management of its operations and driving performance, safety, and mobilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, administration, or operations management
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in team management
• Experience in industrial project management
• Knowledge of welding and robotics procedures (an asset)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, an asset)
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft tools, particularly Excel
• Mobilizing leadership, rigor, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
