Direct Support Provider

InAlliance is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated people to work with adults with developmental disabilities, providing supported living services. As an Independent Living Facilitator (ILF) you will provide care, fellowship, and protection of persons with developmental disabilities while supporting them to be as independent as possible.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of direct support experience
• Valid CA Driver License and proof of auto insurance
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen if offered a position
