Job Description
Incident IQ is a SaaS service management platform built for K-12 schools, aiming to revolutionize school district operational support. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead complex initiatives, design scalable React and C# features, and mentor other engineers. The role focuses on building and delivering performant user experiences and driving technical leadership within a fast-growing, customer-focused company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications
- Deep proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern state management patterns
- Solid software design and architecture fundamentals
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures and composition at scale
- Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs
- Working knowledge of SQL/relational concepts
- Experience evolving design systems/component libraries
- Fluency with Git/GitHub workflows and code review practices
- Bias toward automated tests and proactive test strategy
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience improving design systems/component libraries
