Included Health is seeking a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist to join their team of dedicated mental health clinicians. The therapist will deliver individual therapy sessions through a cutting-edge telehealth platform, focusing solely on patient care and documentation.

Requirements

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
• Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans
• Evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process, as assigned
