Job Description
Included Health is seeking a remote, 100% licensed Mental Health Therapist in Arizona to provide compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients. The role involves individual therapy, behavioral health evaluations, and chart reviews, with guidance from a Behavioral Health Supervisor. This is a Contract position offering a supportive clinical team and access to a growing network of partners.
Requirements
- Ability to practice independently.
- Up-to-date with current evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
- Experience with technology and digital tools.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Active LCSW license in Arizona
- Master's degree in Counseling (LCSW) and LPC/LMHC(if applicable)
