Job Description
Included Health is seeking a remote 100% Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Wisconsin to provide compassionate virtual care to patients. The role involves individual therapy, psychotherapy, and performance of behavioral health treatments. The position provides a schedule for the therapist to manage and includes clinical oversight and patient data management.
Requirements
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions
- Experience with technology and digital tools
- Must have an active and unrestricted LCSW license in Wisconsin
- Must have an active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Wisconsin
- Must have a Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program
- Must have a Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program
- Must have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program
- Must have a Master's degree in Counseling from a COAMFTE accredited program
- Must have an active and unrestricted LMFT license in Wisconsin
