Job Description
Included Health is seeking a Staff Cloud Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of their cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on strengthening their cloud foundation, improving scalability, cost efficiency, and developer experience. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact platform-wide outcomes and mentor engineers to drive technical excellence and operational maturity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.
- Deep experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern observability stacks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering.
- Track record of mentoring and leveling up engineering teams.
