Requirements
- 5+ years designing and shipping digital products end-to-end
- Deep expertise in interaction and visual design, systems thinking, accessibility, and responsive behavior
- Proven ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional decisions
- Strong presentation skills and fluency in English
- Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
