Job Description
Incommunities is seeking an Estate Cleaner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of properties within their Social Housing property portfolio, offering a variety of tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and rubbish removal. The company operates as a social housing landlord and aims to provide high quality homes and support to its customers. The role is on-site and requires flexibility for working weekends and evenings.
Requirements
- Experience in a physical manual role (cleaning, caretaking, or refuse collection).
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook).
- Flexible and positive approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Physical strength and fitness to lift and move heavy items.
- Full manual UK driving license.
