Job Description
Indeavor is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for their enterprise workforce management application. This role involves gathering user feedback, defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and collaborating with design, engineering, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the problem space, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Assist in research of customer needs and market trends.
- Define and launch high-value products.
- Write detailed product requirements and prioritize them in the backlog.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success.
