Job Description
Indeavor is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join their HR team in Athens, Greece. This hybrid role focuses on attracting top talent, promoting company culture, and enhancing the candidate experience through strategic recruitment and employer branding initiatives. The specialist will partner with hiring managers, conduct full-cycle recruitment, and contribute to employer branding efforts across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and the skills required for success in these roles
- Experienced in sophisticated sourcing methods like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Seasoned communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills
