Senior Strategy Consultant - Sustainability Advisory - Paris F/H

Indefi is a fast-growing strategy consulting firm seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join their Sustainability Advisory team in Paris. The role involves working on high-impact assignments for asset owners, asset managers, and portfolio companies, and contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of the Sustainability Advisory practice.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, asset management, private equity, or sustainability/ESG positions
• Passion for sustainable finance and key environmental and social challenges
• Degree from a leading business or engineering school
• Excellent command and strong experience of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in French and English, additional European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to structure and solve complex problems
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction and team collaboration
• Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership quickly, and comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment
