Senior Manager - Strategy and Operations Office

We are seeking a highly driven and structured Senior Manager to join the CTG Strategy & Operations Office. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role responsible for supporting the execution of CTG-wide strategic initiatives, governance processes, and performance intelligence.

Requirements

• MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs/ISB/XLRI or equivalent)
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, enterprise Program Office (PMO), or operating model programs
• Experience running or contributing to strategic initiatives, governance processes, or cross-functional programs
• Strong structured thinking, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and PPT/story lining skills, with ability to simplify complex information
• Ability to manage junior team members and drive independent execution of workstreams
