Requirements

• 3+ years of banking experience
• 1+ year of direct or indirect leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Independent Bank products and services
• Ability to demonstrate/train Bank clients and prospects on deposit products
