Job Description
Maintenance Technician position available at Independent Management Services. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered. Must be customer service oriented and have basic knowledge of maintenance concepts.
Requirements
- Complete resident service requests and preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure property grounds are well-groomed and free of litter and unsightly garbage or clutter
- Perform after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call duties in rotation with other Maintenance personnel
- Reports directly to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
- Participate in ongoing maintenance education and training
