Job Description
As an IT Field Support Specialist (Imaging) at Independent Software, you will be responsible for ensuring enterprise computing environment stability and security. This role involves deploying and configuring computer systems, managing imaging/hardware requests, troubleshooting hardware and communicating updates to users, and maintaining network connectivity. The position is essential for maintaining system integrity and optimizing team productivity.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in imaging and troubleshooting Windows-based systems (Windows 7/10)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong understanding of antivirus and patch management
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Excellent analytical, technical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory environments and group policies
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a company vehicle
- Availability to work assigned hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
