Job Description
Indiana University Health is seeking a part-time, PRN Radiologic Technologist to support surgical specialties like Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, and Spine procedures in a clinical OR environment. The role involves operating imaging equipment, assisting with minimal invasive procedures, and maintaining patient safety protocols. No weekends, nights, or call/ holidays rotations are expected.
Requirements
- Operate imaging equipment (x-ray, fluoro, portable x-ray, fluoroscopy)
- Prepares patients for examinations
- Documents patient history and monitors for safety
- Follows radiation safety protocols
- Maintains active status as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Indiana State Department of Health license (Radiology Tech/Student Permit)
