Job Description
This position is a Full-Time/Day role at Ball Memorial Hospital. The rehab department has a team of dedicated professionals who provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
