Speech Pathologist - Methodist Hospital

We are looking for a part-time Speech Pathologist to join our team. This role is to assist with weekend coverage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This work setting is multidisciplinary acute care, where collaboration is a must. We have 25 speech pathologists who support our inpatient adult population.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited academic program in speech pathology or if foreign trained, graduation from a speech pathology education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA
• Current license in the State of Indiana within 12 months
• Certificate of clinical competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for this certificate
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
