Job Description
INDICE is a software house in Athens, Greece, developing digital infrastructure and delivering banking applications. They are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team focused on the development and maintenance of their financial web and mobile applications. The role involves translating business requirements into test scenarios, executing UAT, identifying defects, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years in UAT testing, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with core banking, online banking, mobile banking, and payment systems.
- Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and best practices.
- Experience testing web applications, mobile banking apps, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
- Understanding of banking compliance standards (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, KYC, AML).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital payments (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, real-time payments).
- Understanding of accessibility testing (WCAG compliance).
