EMEA Revenue Strategy Lead

Indie Campers is the leading campervan platform, dedicated to making road trips accessible and unforgettable for everyone. The company is seeking an EMEA Revenue Strategy Lead to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and manage trading activities in the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial planning, revenue management, pricing, e-commerce or strategic consulting.
• Strong background in pricing strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and commercial planning tools (experience with SQL/Python is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, always seeking improvement and innovation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
