Indie Campers is the leading campervan platform, dedicated to making road trips accessible and unforgettable for everyone. As an Indie Campers Paid Search Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies to maximize the number of nights offered, optimize cost per night sold, and manage cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid search marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of paid search strategies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in paid search tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
