As a Sales Fulfilment Intern, you will own the customer experience from sales contract to post-sale matters resolution, coordinating delivery appointments, managing vehicle documentation, and handling after-sales claims.

Requirements

• Background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or similar
• Exceptionally organised and detail-driven
• Strong communicator, capable of navigating internal priorities and customer expectations
• Customer-focused and calm under pressure
• Able to multitask and prioritise across multiple ongoing cases
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
