Join indie Semiconductor and be part of a team that's redefining the future of mobility. As the Test Engineering Manager, you will support new product introduction, sustain and improve test yield, and drive debugging and issue resolution across assembly, packaging, and test solutions.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS degree preferred)
- Strong background in automotive process flow, qualification, and quality control within assembly and test operations
- Hands-on experience with ATE probe and final test hardware/software, lab equipment, and mechanical systems
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, YieldHub, or equivalent statistical software
- Solid understanding of digital, RF, and analog fundamentals, along with design-for-test and design-for-manufacturing concepts
- Expertise in semiconductor test methodologies across digital, mixed-signal, and PMIC devices, with hands-on VLSI ATE experience
- 7+ years of experience in ATE test development and production support
