Job Description
Indochino is seeking an in-house tailor to oversee alterations for customers, managing workflow, and maintaining garment quality. This role requires expertise in garment fitting, tailoring, customer service, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and passionate about fashion.
Requirements
- Perform and complete alterations according to Indochino's guidelines
- Provide sound advice on product and customer expectations
- Manage workflow with offsite vendors
- Maintain productivity levels in-store
- Meet or exceed required productivity levels
- Complete any rush orders
- Maintain accurate records of alterations
