Job Description
This entry-level leadership role is focused on supporting showroom operations and driving results through exceptional customer experiences. The Team Lead will act as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include sales leadership, customer service, operational efficiency, and team development.
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen understanding of menswear products, fit, and tailoring processes
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency in iOS and MS Office applications
- Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
