Job Description
A dynamic and strategic leader, the Core Sales Team Manager guides and develops the Integrator and End-User Sales Representative teams, defining and fostering a high-performance culture, and using data-oriented approach to elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
- Developing and executing comprehensive strategies and operational plans to grow revenue and expand the Integrator program
- Managing the strategic and operational relationship with Integrator partners through the Core Account Representatives
- Collaborating with other internal teams to provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and content to enhance their sales efforts
