Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician to work at a Garden Style property with 300-400 units. The Junior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of grounds and assist the onsite maintenance staff in their duties as needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to understand instructions verbally and in written form
- Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, and have good organizational skills
