Job Description
The Manager, People & Culture will lead and enhance the organization's human resources initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR strategies align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, ensuring that all HR functions contribute to a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 2 years of experience in employee relations management
- PHR/SHRM certification or exposure to related education
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software
