As a People Operations Manager at INFICON, you will drive the employee experience, leading operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and process integrity, and supporting scalable people programs aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management or formal team leadership responsibility
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive people initiatives and organizational outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar), including system administration, process optimization, data integrity, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to leverage HR data, dashboards, and people analytics to inform decisions and improve employee experience
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and mentor People & Culture team members in a fast-paced, evolving environment
