Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Analyst/Associate to join our Business Management team within a fast-paced, high-growth platform. This role offers broad exposure across fund operations, financial analysis, compliance, and new business initiatives. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is key.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic financial modeling skills preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
