Legal Associate

The Legal Associate will provide legal support to the hedge fund and asset management team, including reviewing and drafting fund documentation, providing legal support on fund structuring and regulatory compliance, and assisting with corporate and listed company work.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in hedge funds/asset management, M&A, or corporate law (law firm or in-house)
• Familiarity with listed company compliance and hedge fund structures
• Law degree (LLB or JD) from a recognized university; admission to practice in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction preferred
