INFINIA is a company that specializes in design and innovation, developing new technologies, products, and experiences. We are looking for an Accounting Team Leader to join our Finances & Accounting Team.

Requirements

• Ensure that all accounting records are made in accordance with laws and company policies
• Check daily invoices, expense slips, and bank records
• Implement monthly closing, balance sheet control, and fixed asset transactions
• Coordinate the preparation of tax returns and SGK processes within legal deadlines
• Implement customer/supplier reconciliations
• Manage and supervise the company's general accounting processes
• Coordinate the correct accounting of exemptions, incentives, and exemptions under the 4691 numbered Law and the 5746 numbered Law
• Communicate with the tax office, SGK, and other official institutions
• Prepare seasonal financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management
• Follow up on changes in legislation and adapt related processes
• Organize the provision of necessary information and documents for internal and external audit processes
• Coordinate with related teams to prepare personnel incentives, exemption reports, and legal notifications
• Ensure the integration of payroll records with general accounting and account for payroll expenses
• Guide the accounting team, distribute tasks, and support their development
