The Salesforce Administrator role is responsible for the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations or major enhancements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core clouds (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud a plus)
- Proven experience using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
