Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving moderate imaging workflow issues, as well as experience with VMware/ESXi, AD, and storage systems. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing leadership in high-pressure environments.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot moderate imaging workflow issues
- Investigate server/storage alerts and perform corrective actions
- Manage firewall rule monitoring and escalate suspicious traffic
- Analyze VMware/ESXi host performance and resolve VM resource conflicts
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware diagnostics
- Mentor junior Team Member
