Requirements
- 3-7 years of sales experience in professional services, human capital solutions, or technology consulting
- Understanding of technology trends, workforce solutions, and IT consulting, ideally in the financial services space
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
