Job Description
Influential is seeking a passionate Associate to join their Creator Management team, focusing on implementing day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role involves managing content creation, outreach, negotiation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be accountable for campaign success and build strong relationships with brands and creators.
Requirements
- Must be based in Los Angeles
- 2+ years of experience working in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment
- Exceptional presentation skills and client interaction experience
- Experience working in an agency setting
- Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Sourcing experience extending beyond social media
- Knowledge of offline and online space
- Well versed in the creator space or strong interest in the industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to schedules and timelines
- Self-starter with collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of online performance tracking tools
