Job Description
Influential is a key leader in the Influencer Marketing space, and we're looking for an Associate Director, Creative Strategy to lead the development of insight-led, creator-first storytelling for a dedicated CPG/Pharma client.
Requirements
- 7+ years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer/creator marketing.
- Strong background in developing integrated, data-informed, creator-led creative concepts.
- Proven ability to lead proposals and inspire cross-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior.
- Experience mentoring and developing talent within a collaborative environment.
