Vice President, Strategy & Analytics

Influential is seeking a VP, Strategy & Analytics to lead and drive a high-performance team focused on strategy and insights to ensure client business goals are achieved. This role involves leading and developing teams, driving innovation, and presenting compelling data-driven strategies to clients, leveraging technology and a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in strategy with progressive levels of responsibility
• 5+ years of previous management experience
• Adept and interested in proactively leading and elevating strategic thinking
• Competent in identifying meaningful, useable, and impactful insights
• Ability to translate data into viable business solutions
• Excellent written communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience at agency, marketing-tech or media start-up is desirable
