Requirements
- 3 years of experience providing direct PC support to end users
- 3 years of experience imaging and configuring desktop, laptop and mobile devices
- 3 years of experience installing Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, windows 10)
- 2 engagements of providing direct PC support to end users
- Identification of all subcontractors, if applicable
