IT Support

Provide technical support assistance with problem solving, equipment deployment, and software setups. Work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts and days off.

Requirements

• 18 months minimum in a technical support role
• Strong personal computing skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments
• Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach or grip 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7 days a week environment
• Nevada gaming card or ability to obtain one prior to start
