Sr. Business Process Improvement Consultant

We are looking for a Sr. Business Process Improvement Consultant for a 12+ months contract position in Laurel, MD. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Business Process Analyst, with expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience as Business Analyst/ Business Process Analyst
• Demonstrated prior Business Process Management (BPM) experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or English, Professional Writing, or another language-related field
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work productively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Expert in Use Case creation and analysis
