Job Description
Infojini Consulting is seeking a Support Analyst for a 12-month contract position based in Jamestown, NC. The selected candidate will assist GTCC staff with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting services.
Requirements
- Install and configure PC hardware, peripherals, and software in a network environment
- Document technical processes
- Provide direct support for workstation requests and issues
- Troubleshoot individual PC problems resulting from SCCM pushes
