Research Principal

We are looking for a Research Principal to progress our Research and Advisory business with respect to AI technology in the financial services segment. The individual must be able to evaluate vendor strategies and offerings that incorporate ML models and GenAI and present opinions as to applicability and effectiveness at meeting the needs in the marketplace.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience working within the field of quantitative analytics and machine learning: a Bachelor's degree in related field; Masters preferred.
• Working experience and knowledge about AI's application in financial services including how it is becoming embedded in distinctive and useful solutions that further goals of providers and buyers.
• Demonstrate academic knowledge of the technology and an understanding of the regulatory considerations that are global in nature.
• Strong communicator with evidence of excellent verbal and written skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply.
• Highly process-driven with strong analytical capabilities, the ability to task switch, be happy with new challenges, and be able to share opinions and receive feedback from colleagues.
