Job Description
We’re seeking an Associate Art Director with strong hands-on design skills, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to guide project-specific creative execution. This role is ideal for a designer ready to take ownership of the visual direction for a project while still remaining deeply involved in day-to-day design work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of hands-on design experience in digital content, multimedia, eLearning, or agency environments.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals — typography, layout, visual storytelling, motion or multimedia (where applicable).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.
- Experience contributing to or shaping design direction within project teams.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
