Job Description
Instructional Designer — Onsite, Noida (India-based Candidates Only) - Full-Time Employee Onsite — Noida. Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities for a global enterprise client.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of Instructional Design experience.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles, ID models (ADDIE, Bloom’s, Gagné), and application of theory in real projects.
- Excellent writing, structuring, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and modern authoring tools (Articulate Suite required; Adapt, Camtasia, Adobe tools are a plus).
- Ability to visualize learning solutions and translate raw content into learner-centered experiences.
- Tech adaptability, curiosity, and comfort navigating GenAI-supported workflows.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
